Megan Colby is the Controller and joined the PSI family in 2021. She comes to the company with a strong financial background with over 15 years of experience in various financial roles. Megan is a native to the Eagle Valley and graduated with a B.S. in Operations Management and Accounting from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She currently serves on a couple of local boards and is dedicated to applying her experience to benefit the community. In her spare time, Megan enjoys exploring the outdoors of beautiful Colorado whether it be by foot, bike, Jeep, boat or paddleboard. Megan believes that it is important to never stop moving forward because change is constant and there is always room for improvement in everything.
Becky HarkinsOffice Manager
Becky has been with PSI since 2011 and has played a major role in the company’s growth from 8 employees in 2011 to over 50 currently. Starting as the Bid Job & Planned Maintenance Coordinator she has worked her way up and provided support in every office position along the way. Becky has hired, trained and currently oversees all of Plumbing Systems Inc’s administrative staff and the office’s day-to-day operations. She greatly enjoys working with the entire PSI team and providing support to its employees. One of Becky’s greatest accomplishments has been switching the field personnel to a mobile software solution in 2014. When she’s not busy supporting PSI she is typically spending time with her husband and three boys at her home in Dotsero, attending kid’s sporting events, working on home projects, or enjoying an afternoon on the river.
Brandon ContentSales Manager
Brandon has been with PSI since April of 2016. He started as an HVAC apprentice and has worked his way up through the company and is now our Sales Supervisor. Brandon grew up in Modesto, CA, and has not always been in the HVAC industry, he actually went to Helicopter Flight school and was a snowmaker for 5 years. When he is not selling the most cost effective and efficient equipment to our customers, he enjoys deep sea fishing and BBQing with his family. Brandon believes that treating the root problem before replacement of equipment is the best way to care for your home.
Joi WilsonSales Manager
Joi has been with PSI since February of 2020 has our Summit County Service Manager. As a child, Joi traveled a lot but Colorado is the place that she calls home. She has been in the HVAC Sales Industry for over 15 years, received her Bachelors of Arts University of New Mexico, English and Western History as well as Wilderness First Responder at Colorado Mountain College. In her career in HVAC she has obtained her Hydronic training, Confined Entry, IAQ solutions provider and HVAC solutions provider. She cherishes her friendships with customers and being able to provide a solution to make their jobs easier. When she is not working you can find her trail running, skiing, mountain biking or just being outdoors. Joi believes that there is a solution to every problem but you must first define the problem.
Ron LovatoInstallation Manager
Ron has been with PSI since February of 2011 and started out a plumbing technician. Over the years, Ron has been promoted to our Install Manager and oversees all of our Capital Improvements install jobs. Homegrown in Minturn, CO where he started his plumbing career in 1993. Over the years, Ron has obtained his Master Plumbing License, attended CU College for Sports & Exercise Science and is an Advance Hydronic piping technician. Ron enjoys helping his co-workers achieve impeccable workmanship through endless hours of hands-on training. When he is not working, you can find him coaching his kids football, baseball, and basketball teams. Ron believes that communication is the most important aspect of customer service.
Isael VerdozaService Manager
Isael, also known as Izzy, has been with PSI since October of 2015 and started as a HVAC Technician and has moved his way up to the Service Manager. Originally from Calurilo Aguscalientes, MX, Izzy has been in the plumbing industry since 2002 and started immersing himself in the HVAC industry since 2007. Through those years he has become NATE certified in AC, Gas Heating, Core Electric, Refrigeration Install & Services, Power Flame, Beckette Boiler & PK Boiler Certified and Emerson Controls for refrigeration. He is always the first to provide knowledge and teach his co-workers so that they can excess in their career. When Izzy is not working, he enjoys going to the gym, exploring the outdoors, hunting and snowboarding. If he could offer any advice, it would be to maintain all of your plumbing & heating equipment.
Devon LongacreSummit County Service Manager
Devon has been with PSI since August of 2017 as a HVAC apprentice. Through the years and hard work, Devon is now PSI’s Summit County Service Manager and oversees all operations in Summit County. He started plumbing at 14 with at his family’s company in Bally, PA. Since moving to Colorado, Devon has been certified in NATE – Gas Heater (Residential & Commercial) AC Service & Install, Power Flame & Combustion Analysis, ECM & Variable Frequency Drive Motor Certificate, Air Condition & Psychometrics, Confined Space and OSHO10. Devon enjoys the drive and integrity shown by the Summit County technicians. When Devon is not working, he enjoys being outdoors and has even hikes some of the highest mountains in Indonesia. If he could give a piece of advice for our customers, it would be to listen to the plumbers recommendations so that you do not spend more in the long run.
Jeremy PicarellaField Install Supervisor
Jeremy has been with PSI since April of 2017 and started as a Lead Plumbing Technician and has moved his way up to the Field Install Supervisor and oversees all of Plumbing Systems Inc capital improvement installs. Originally from Frederick, Maryland, Jeremy has always being in the plumbing industry and helped his Grandfather during the summers of ’95. Over the decades of being in the plumbing industry, Jeremy has obtained is Journeyman Plumbers license, Backflow Preventer Testing certification as well as his Journeyman Pipe Fitter license. Jeremy loves to start an install from scratch and watch the completion unfold. When Jeremy is now working you can find him hunting, fishing, camping or just exploring the outdoors. If he could offer any advice, it would be to hire a professional and do not attempt to perform the work yourself.
Sam CochranField Service Supervisor
Sam has been with PSI since July of 2017 and started as a drain cleaning apprentice. He was worked his way up the ladder and is now PSI’s Field Service Supervisor. Originally from Denver, CO, Sam graduated with a 4 year degree in International Management. Since being in the HVAC industry he has obtained his NATE certification in Gas Heating & Core Electric as well as Confined Entry. He loves to learn new things and help others. When Sam is not working you can find him snowboarding, camping, rafting or at home watching movies. If he could offer any advice, it would be to maintain all of your heating equipment.
James BallardEnvironmental Service Manager
James has been with PSI since November of 2018 and started as a drain technician. Now, the Environmental Service Manager, James oversees all drain cleaning, jetting, hydro exaction and pumping services performed at PSI. Originally from Wauconda, IL, James has always been fascinated and emerged himself in the plumbing industry. He has obtained his Journeyman Plumbers license, OSHA Trench Safety, Septic NAWT Inspector & Design License, NAWT 1 & 2 Operations & Maintenance certification. James excels most when being challenged and being able to resolve customer’s most pivotal dilemma. If there is one thing James could tell every homeowner, it would be to ask questions.
Alanna GeorgeMarketing Director
Our master of hats, Alanna George, has been with Plumbing Systems Inc. since the fall of 2015.
Her humble beginnings placed her in the invoicing department. With a genuine interest to gain more insight into the overall operations, Alanna began to add value in the capital improvements department, marketing, and events department. Now she finds herself immersed in almost every corner of the company.
As a mother of four darling daughters, a wife, and a hobbyist, Alanna is a pro at making things in both her personal and professional life run efficiently. We are fortunate to have her as a lead member of the PSI, Inc. family.
Lauren SmithProject Coordinator
Lauren was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has been living in the Vail Valley since relocating from California in 2010. Lauren has been with PSI for 2 years as the project coordinator managing the installation projects in the office. Lauren holds a Chemical Biology degree from UC Berkeley and has experience in building and operating commercial restaurants prior to joining the PSI team. Lauren competed in collegiate level diving and ski racing while at UC Berkeley and cannot wait to share these with her daughters. She has two small children, Caroline and Elena, that keep her running on all cylinders all the time.
Ana FrederickBilling Specialist
Ana handles service billing remotely from sunny Arizona. She enjoys being helpful and assisting clients with any billing related questions or concerns. Ana loves to make people laugh and polish up a dull day; she is always ready to extend a hand for anyone in need. Ana’s many years in the plumbing/HVAC industry have taught her to truly appreciate the art of plumbing. In her free time, she unwinds with yoga or zooms around on rollerskates with her son. She currently has one big cuddly dog, and hopes to add a pig to the family one day.
Karina is the secondary dispatcher at PSI, working as a back up to the primary dispatcher. She schedules and prioritizes emergency service requests in an efficient and orderly manner. Karina is also responsible for providing support to technicians and communicating with customers about parts status in order to schedule follow up service calls. In her spare time Karina enjoys spending as much time hiking, swimming, doing arts and crafts and traveling with her children.
Chantelle GriegoOffice/Accounting Assistant
Chantelle is a Colorado native, born and raised in the Vail valley. She graduated from Battle Mountain High School in 2009 and has a background in retail, banking and accounts payable. Chantelle has been with PSI for nearly 2 years, providing excellent customer service and responsible for accounts payable transactions. In her spare time, Chantelle enjoys being outside, spending time with her children Arianna and Daniel, traveling, cooking and baking. She climbed her first 14-er, Mount Elbert, last summer and can’t wait to take on the next one!
Jessica is the primary dispatcher at PSI, providing support with scheduling and handling emergencies in a timely manner. She loves being able to connect with customers daily. In her spare time Jessica enjoys spending as much time outside as she can, whether it be hiking, playing fetch with her 2 dogs or laying in the grass with her 3 cats.
Kacy provides human resource support to the staff at PSI. She loves that human resources incorporates supporting each employee as they grow within the organization as well as supporting the best interest of the business. Kacy holds her SHRM certification and is currently working on her PHR certification. Kacy also provides support to the Planned Maintenance and Preferred Customer clients. She enjoys interacting with our clients and making sure they receive the very best service. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and all of the great things Colorado has to offer. Kacy is an avid animal lover and currently has 2 kitties and a pet bunny.
